Paulo Nunes was recently promoted to partner at askblue and will join the Executive Board of the company.
As a result of his contribution and dedication, the promotion is a natural progression.
Since he joined askblue four years ago, Paulo Nunes is focused on the international markets, namely northern Europe, America, and the Middle East, which has grown significantly in 2021.
Paulo Nunes also leads the Junior Talent Unit (JTU), managing the training and recruiting programs.
“This promotion reflects the high contribution of Paulo Nunes in the development of the international markets,” says Pedro Nicolau, CEO of askblue.
Recognized among his peers as a leader, finding solutions through negotiation, and always available to help people grow, both personally and professionally, Paulo Nunes encourages everyone to promote a healthy work-life balance.
He now serves as Chief Happiness Officer (CHO), as he considers crucial to increase the levels of growth and satisfaction of Askblue’s teams in the current pandemic situation.
Paulo Nunes, 56, started his career at INESC, having later held roles as Manager at Link Consulting, Link Management Solutions, and Link Africa, mainly focused on Information Systems projects in Portugal, Cape Verde, and Angola.
Before joining askblue, he was Business Development Manager at Pessoas & Processos, responsible for developing the international area and several international projects.
With a career spanning 32 years, focused on information technologies, consulting, project management, and business development, Paulo Nunes received a Post-Graduation in Information Systems (Instituto Superior Técnico).
Previously, he attended Instituto Português de Informática.
In his new mission, “Paulo Nunes will continue to focus on the growth of the international markets,” says Pedro Nicolau.
